The Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc) program is based on the discipline of Accounting Studies and was granted the authority to confer degrees in 2018. At present, it has a complete talent training and authorization system for finance and accounting, ranging from "undergraduate (Accounting) — master's (MPAcc) — doctorate (in the direction of Accounting Studies)". The MPAcc education adheres to a differentiated development strategy and has three research directions: financial accounting and auditing, financial management, and resource and environmental accounting. It aims to cultivate high-level, compound application-oriented accounting professionals with ecological concepts and a concern for "agriculture, rural areas, and farmers". Graduates are expected to serve in government departments, enterprises and institutions, accounting firms, financial institutions, etc., and possess strong abilities to identify, analyze, and solve problems in the professional fields of accounting, finance, and auditing.
